Downtown Dubai is a mixed-use development by Emaar Properties located in the city’s centre. It is located along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), across from Al Wasl community on the northwest. It is bounded by Financial Centre Road (D71) towards the northeast and Business Bay towards the south.
